Support for the Changes, Questions, and Challenges That Shape Who We Become
Why does every day feel so overwhelming? How do I stop overthinking decisions and relationships? How do I set boundaries without feeling guilty? What should I do when I feel behind, disconnected, and unsure of the life I’m building?
At GlowUp GlowTogether, these questions become opportunities for understanding, connection, and growth. Through therapy, workshops, trainings, and creative wellness experiences, I help ages 13–30s and the families, schools, and organizations supporting them navigate change.
Hi! I’m Dr. Angelica, a psychotherapist and certified fashion stylist creating spaces for growth, connection, and transformation.
I’m glad you’re here.
