Individual Psychotherapy supports teens and young adults (13–30s) virtually in California, Indiana, Massachusetts, and New Jersey, to grow with intention, build emotional resilience, nurture confidence, and reach goals across life, school, work, family, and relationships.

GlowUp: Teen Workshops

GlowUp Youth Workshops provide teens ages 13–17 with a unique social-emotional learning experience that uses fashion and expressive arts to build self-esteem, strengthen emotional regulation, and deepen connection to themselves and others. Offered virtually and in person nationwide.

GlowTogether: Professional Training

GlowTogether Professional Training helps young adults ages 18–25 strengthen personal and professional identity through style, prepare for career opportunities, and develop sustainable wellness strategies as they transition into adulthood. Offered virtually and in person nationwide.
