Fashion with Compassion:

The Outside-In Approach to Mental Health

Youth and Educator Workshops

GlowUp and GlowTogether

Founded and facilitated by a licensed clinical social worker and certified fashion stylist, we use the universal language of fashion to destigmatize mental health. By discovering what clothing feels good on the body, participants learn to feel good in their bodies. We create a supportive space to explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit – illuminating identity. With a trauma-informed and intersectional approach, teens and young adults tap into authentic belonging, promoting positive futures and disrupting pathways to the justice system.
