Closet Cleanse = Consciousness Cleanse
Q: My closet is a disaster, help?!
A: Welcome to the club! Most people have at least a part of their living space that is a "disaster."
We are busy people. It’s hard to keep everything neat and tidy. And let's face it, even when our space is looking “neat and tidy” for guests, it’s because everything was hidden/stuffed into one room or closet 10 minutes before they came over (or is that just me?). With that being said, I invite you to think about where exactly in your living space you’d categorize as “disaster.”
Often times these areas stay messy because it is something in our life we are subconsciously (or consciously) trying to avoid. These places can be symbolic of blocked energy. If your wardrobe is the designated disaster zone, you may be feeling stuck with your body/style. Maybe you aren't feeling confident, maybe there is a door in your life you afraid to open.
Everyone feels those this this way at some point-we're bound to have dirty laundry pile up. But, when you prioritize your closet/your living space, you send the message to yourself and the universe that you are working through whatever obstacle is in your way, breaking old patterns and moving towards new goals.
Of course organizing your sneakers isn't going to solve all your problems, but spending 15 minutes every week folding your clothes and putting things on hangers will organize your space and leave you feeling accomplished. Closet cleanse = consciousness cleanse.
Here are some quick tips for the clean-out process…

•Choose 1 room/closet to begin organizing
•Begin with areas of focus in that room (fridge, makeup, desk drawer, etc.)
